ValComms offers a CNY 5 duration card for 2 hours, and three 30-day plans: Lite CNY 30, Plus CNY 68 and Pro CNY 138. All include translation and translated speech.

Subscription plans
Choose a plan in the purchase centre for recurring use within its allowances. The client shows remaining allowance and refresh times. Actual usable hours depend on the selected mode, speech activity and usage pattern; an estimated number of hours is not an unlimited-use promise.
Duration cards
The duration card costs CNY 5 for 2 continuous hours. Cards enter inventory after purchase and must be activated manually. Once activated, they count down continuously and cannot be paused, including while offline.
Pay-as-you-go balance
Account balance is used for pay-as-you-go usage. Consumption depends on the translation and speech services you actually use; check client pricing and records rather than assuming a fixed hourly rate.
Payment
The current client supports Alipay and WeChat Pay. An English website is not a promise that your overseas payment method is supported. Confirm available payment options and the final amount in the client.
Allowances and optional services
Plans are valid for 30 days, and the allowance refreshes in stages during that time. Check your actual allowance and refresh times in the client. When allowance is exhausted, behavior depends on your balance fallback setting. Voice cloning is charged separately from account balance under current client rules. Do not assume that every optional service is included in a plan.
Before you pay
Check the plan name, final price in CNY, allowance, model coverage, activation and expiry rules, and eligible offers. Account-specific promotions and upgrade quotes may differ from the catalogue. For an order question, use official contact channels.
